Careers in Computing
The computing industry is currently adding jobs faster than any other area in the U.S. job market. There are many different specialties within the area of computer science. Many jobs within the computing field come with a starting pay that is double the pay of many other jobs that require a comparable education.
You are to research three job fields within the computer science field and prepare a report on each. For one job, you are to prepare a movie about your chosen field using Windows Movie Maker. For another job, you are to prepare a poster using Microsoft Word. We will print the posters on the poster printer and display them in the hall. For the last job, you are to prepare a written report on your chosen career and submit it to me using Google Docs. All three assignments should include job responsibilities, education requirements, salary range, demand, career outlook, and type of typical employer.
